Unsure what you go to war over. Tesco will want to know because it slipped through their quality control. They’ll likely be able to review it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Keep them and report it to the FSAI – https://www.fsai.ie/makeitbetter
They may ask you to give them the sample so they can investigate. Could lead to a recall and Tesco may not be the only chain using the same suppliers.
Come now, these things are harvested and processed by the millions, you’re going to get a few things that slip through the net, that’s just nature.
Biggest peanut ive ever seen in my life
A couple of weeks ago, I heard the wife barking about something. She had sliced open a pepper and there were maggots inside. Was Tesco’s also.
We never bothered reporting it, as it’s more hassle than it’s worth.
I thought it was a bread roll or sausage roll or something

How would Tesco control this? I’d assume this just happens with food?
