Ich habe diese Welt seit Jahren im Hinterkopf und jetzt hatte ich endlich die Zeit und Energie, um ein paar Sachen zusammenzustellen. Dies ist eine Welt, die von finnischer Mythologie, finnischer Kultur und Kalevala inspiriert ist, gemischt mit etwas D & D-Stuff und finnischem Humor. Zum Beispiel sind Ereignisse von Kalevala Kanon, aber auch die legendären Hytty- und Saunaklonkku -Turniere.
Ich habe schon eine ganze Weile Dungeons & Dragons auf dieser Welt gespielt und meine Spieler lieben es absolut. Es ist so interessant, die Mythologie, Geographie und Erwartungen der realen Welt zu mischen und sie in etwas Neues zu verwandeln.

Are you familiar with this curiosity from the past? It was not a great game but had some interesting stuff related to your project.
Maybe I would not base the maps on real world maps because the locations are kind of contested. The reading that Pohjola = Lapland is quite modern. Some interpretations say that the events take place around Lake Ladoga in modern day Russia. Pohjola being the norther shore of the lake and the land of Kalevala the southern shore. Some interpretations say that the land of Kalevala is actually on the south side of the Baltic Sea in modern day Estonia. Some say the geography is entirely mythical and does not correspond to any real locations and possibly „Pohjola“ is another plane of existence. And so on..
So I would just maybe create a completely new map with some kind of body of water in the center.
But I don’t know, I don’t take this stuff so seriously.
