TL; DR des oben verlinkten Artikels erklärt im Grunde genommen, was vor, während und nach dem Vorfall passiert ist. Ein Team von 5-6 "Minderjährige aus russischer Herkunft, bekannt als Unruhestifter von Emel und der Polizei" stieg in einen Bus, verursachte Ärger und wurde folglich rausgeschmissen. Sie fuhren in einen anderen Bus, den der fragliche Busfahrer fuhr, und dann fand der Vorfall statt.
Emel hat eine Untersuchung begonnen. Gleich nach dem Vorfall antwortete die Germasoygea -Polizeistation und die Mitglieder der CCU und forderten den Fahrer später auf, eine Erklärung an der Station einzureichen, die er tat. Die Mutter des Minderjährigen reichte ebenfalls eine offizielle Beschwerde am Bahnhof ein und bat darum, dass der Fahrer gerügt wurde. Das Interessante in diesem Fall ist jedoch, dass Emel Stunden nach dem Vorfall a erhielt "bedrohlich/alarmierend" E -Mail, die ich unten beigefügt habe.
Es ist erwähnenswert, dass sich der Fahrer entschuldigt und sagte, er habe Kraft in der "Hitze/Verwirrung des Augenblicks". Emel reichte auch einen Bericht für die bedrohliche E -Mail ein.

So those kids were bullies after all. Very childish behavior to threaten with “immeasurable consequences” lol.
The driver should’ve not pepper sprayed that kid but im sure he got called Cyka alot. Definitely not in his favor, since there’s no other footage with actual audio
If the minors are „known“ to the police and they have allegedly caused „problems“ in the past, why aren’t they repeatedly prosecuted?
If the bus company alleges the use of firecrackers and disturbing of other passengers by these minors, why aren’t the police involved or any legal action taken? Only now is the bus company „investigating“?
I have personally experienced this type of rhetoric in the past from people complicit in wrong-doing – when faced with a legal action, the wrongdoers do everything to paint the other side as „bad“ in order to take attention off themselves.
*The bus driver grabbed the teen, and pepper sprayed him, period.* He should answer for these crimes that make the general public unsafe. Similarly, the minors allegedly using firecrackers and disturbing passengers should also be prosecuted for their wrongdoing.
The *vile attack* cannot be made OK by tying it with „previous behaviour“. Instead we are being force fed a story of uncontrolled and delinquent teens, with *zero evidence*. I do not buy it …
Minors known to police? Their parents should be questioned.
