Building things is good.
Canadians want to see infrastructure getting built and have quietly had it with endless squabbling about every project that moves a pound of dirt around.
I have little love for either Smith or Ford but they are on the right side of the electorate on this one. The Liberals have clued in that being the party of no development because “what about the environment?” has become untenable.
So… NDP, whenever you guys are ready to have a grown up conversation about development and building again, it will be nice to have a real third party back.
It’s funny when ppl pretend that environmental disasters won’t cost money
Sure that pipeline will make government big donors very happy lining their pockets but guess who’s paying for the lawsuits or any problems that arise? It won’t be the corps but y’all taxpayers
Alberta and Ontario cannot „work together“ to build pipelines. Something that comes out of a province automatically affect the federal system, and in this case, you have two other provinces in-between!
