Hallo allerseits,
Ich habe versucht, Ticket für EN 407 Chopin /EN 442 Mittwoch 1.10.2025 – Donnerstag 2.10.2025 von der offiziellen Ceske Drahy -Website zu kaufen.
Es wurde erwähnt, dass das Ticket nicht gemäß den beigefügten Screenshot gekauft werden kann.
Darf ich wissen, was der Grund dafür ist? Gibt es eine Alternative für mich? Ich habe den Kundenservice per E -Mail gesendet, aber keine Antwort erhalten.

Trying to buy 3 months in advance feels way too early for ČD, the tickets probably aren’t on sale yet
I think you have to buy the polish part on polish website and the czech part on the Czech website. Not sure which city is the one that goes in both but I think it’s Bohumín.
Yes, it’s stupid. Also I may be wrong.
If you check polish train site you get more detailed message: „international train tickets can only be purchased 60 days in advance“, so it is too early.
Also word of advice, České Dráhy put premium on tickets, you might be able to buy same ticket on polish site 50-30% cheaper, at least for EN407
