This is in response to Ukrainian intelligence agency claiming that Russia is increasing its personal at the 104 base in Armenia.

What are the chances of Ukraine striking this base? Given recent Azerbaijan/Russia tensions and internal political climate in Armenia (with hints of anti-Kremlin action), this can be a perfect opportunity for Ukraine to conduct a strike to stir the pot even more. Our government will probably not respond too harshly, fearing to not upset the EU, and will probably use it as an excuse to demand the Russians to leave. If the goal is to weaken Russia’s position in the region, this will most likely achieve that goal.
