Aus Versehen, als ich dachte, dass die Pfanne kalt ist, habe ich sie auf den Boden gelegt, um herauszufinden, dass sie tatsächlich heiß war. Es verbrannte eines der Stücke des Holzbodenlaminats. Ich habe eine Haftpflichtversicherung, die hoffentlich diesen Fehler abdecken könnte. Aber ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll, da ich mich zum ersten Mal vor mir stellen kann.

Selber schuld
Stay calm. Depends on your relationship with the landlord: tell him in a nice manner that you had a little accident. Maybe he was about to renovate that cheap-ass floor anyway. If not – call your insurance and ask how to proceed.
If it’s your landlords floor the insurance will most likely cover it. Just file claim with them. You can usually do this through their app or call them and they’ll send you the necessary paperwork.
