I guess I don’t understand how any legal entity can just file and be granted a bankruptcy based on a potential financial liability exposure ahead. I would hope the courts can prevent this abuse of our bankruptcy processes and protections. Is any potential defamation liability trumped by a preventive claim of bankruptcy??
