I mean stopping support for years old games or bringing down the costly servers is not that bad. Developers have more time to support active games and resources to improve current and relevant games. Ussualy will abandon games that don’t have large active playerbase not any game that reach x amount of years.
What is so bad about this?
Europe in a nutshell though. People fighting for ecology but will absolutely fight to get some servers to work for ten players on a month.
Kinda tired to see this spammed here honestly. Let’s sign something to get turkey out of a sovereign UE country, right? Ain’t it a priority too for you or are you just posting this only per pure opportunism?…
Try Facebook group „Που Πήγαμε“ there are more than 60k members. We Cypriots write our complaints there. I believe you will get many signatures there.
Voted
As a software engineer, I would absolutely hate an EU law that would fine me if I did not support a 10 year old software that used to run on a no longer supported version of windows and on hardware whose manufacturer is out of business. How do I vote against this?
I understand it’s important, but I am honestly tired of seeing a post every day about this.
Where I sign?
I hate kill switches & removal of paid content.
I used to play Destiny 2 , a good game with great potential. But a lot of its content, including main story & first 3 dlcs & countless season stories and locations got removed.
We were promised that everything would return someday, but we only got a few quests back. We ended up finding out due to a crazy lawsuit, that Bungie (parent company) has actually fully got rid of the dlcs, the codes and builds, what little of it is left, can’t be ran & all they needed to do is provide a working copy to show that they aren’t stealing a story from some guy’s book.
Why is this so significant like I’ve seen actual special issues advocated and discussed less on this sub, tbh it’s really annoying seeing this shit here everyday
Lets go guys!! Take friends and family Id numbers and sign with them to .. it takes lit 1 sec
I’m so sick of this to be honest. Yes, rug-pulls are sh*tty, but they happen across software products, not just games, and this is such a weird single-issue campaign to be getting bludgeoned with on a daily basis.
its also 500 zionists away from becoming an extension of israel
This is borderline spam atm tbh
By now there are more posts in r/cyprus about this campaign than signatures
