This war has to be a living nightmare for the infantry. If you’re moving then drones, mines, artillery and air power will make your life hell. If you are not moving you’re likely in trench or urban warfare while also getting bombarded by drones and artillery. Just nightmarish.
I assume that also kinda indicates that AA coverage from Russia isn’t as good as it used to be?
We can safely assume that all the drone campaigns deep into Russia has helped ukraines effort, at first Russia dedicated their entire military capability to Ukraine but they had to redeploy AA capability to important sites in Russia. They can’t go all out anymore.
