      SS:
      – Iran’s foreign minister has admitted that „excessive and serious“ damage was done to the country’s nuclear sites in the recent bombings.
      – an assessment of the damage is being carried out by the Atomic Energy Organisation of Iran

    2. In the age of information we are mostly misinformed. Firstly, Indo-pak and now this

They are almost incentivized to say this one would think. Get US and Israel off their backs so they can finish building it.

Seriously, it doesn’t matter what any Iranian official has to say, the Israeli and US intelligence agencies know the condition of these facilities better than he does.

It’s not like Israel and the US are relying on their word or articles on CNN

Of course there was ’serious damage‘ to ’nuclear sites‘. Most of the nuclear sites are above ground. We’ve seen the damage.

That’s **not** the same thing as

      a. Serious damage to the *nuclear programme* (i.e. efforts to make a bomb or achieve/maintain nuclear latency)

      b. Serious damage to Fordow etc as a result of the MOP bunker busters on one specific operation.

I’m really not sure what the headline/article is trying to say. Or if it’s trying to say anything. This statement doesn’t contradict the claims of Khamenei at all. Not without further information that isn’t provided.
