It describes the required qualities of someone having to deal with their customer service.
Sisu is an ancient name for loyal companions in the culture. There isn’t a single family line that has owned some of the local dog breeds without having at least one of them being named „Sisu.“ To this day, it is the most common name for Finnish Spitzes. Which are in a sense, our national hunting hounds.
It’s on brand, if you ask me.
You need to be Sisu to deal with the AI bot 😂
I just played around with it and it connected me to a human after a couple of messages. The message that triggered it was {help}. I also started a new chat and asked more of its capabilities and when the chat got a little longer it connected me to an agent again
