      Wowzers! Surely this means the government will reinvest it back into the province and give back the money they stole from AISH recipients?

      Oil ended up being pretty much exactly where it was projected to be. I think the loonie falling in value had a lot to do with it.

      Oil almost acts like a hedge for the loonie falling. Makes oil companies look good but its not great for everyone else.

    3. The non-renewable rollercoaster continues, this time in favour of the province’s finances.

      This is a far cry from 2016 where investment income was higher for the province than non-renewable resource revenue or during COVID when the UCP under Kenney and Toews seriously considered a sales tax due to oil practically being $0.
