      From a post by [Minister Ma](https://bsky.app/profile/bowinnma.bsky.social/post/3lsm7unatj22f) the incident happened in the early hours this morning.

      Bowinn Ma currently is BC’s Minister of Infrastructure; previously they were the Minister responsible for Emergency Management and Climate Readiness.
