    1. How… how can a sane person still defend Karekin & terrorist Bagrat after everything that came out? It doesn’t matter if you love or hate the current government, but you can’t be this blinded in hate…

To defend someone like Karekin even when there’s other church members saying he has children, even when the church refuses to report income tax when the government promises to return the tax back to them completely.

    2. Why is everone losing their shit over government security forces raiding a church? Is church above the law and nobody can enter or search them? Are they like their own sovereign state that nobody can enter?

Whether you like it or not. In the eyes of the Republic of Armenia, Mayr Ator is just a non-profit religious organization just like Jehova’s Witnesses, or others.

A non-profit organization must follow Armenian laws. Their members are not above the law and Armenian court can order raids and search warrants to them.

This is wonderful news! Not only are they an organized criminal group, but our over-religosity itself is a huge hinderance to our nation. Let’s go all anti-church and prove to the world and to ourselves that we aren’t uneducated savages who’d cast a blind eye on a mafia-like institution only because they hide behind a cross.

So apparently this was about the arrest of Ajapakhyan who fled to Ejmiatsin to avoid getting arrested. AAC went there to arrest that idiot not to raid the church or something.
