He was convicted in Volusia County, Florida, in October 2023 for racketeering, trafficking Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.

**Why does it take this administration more than 30 days** to deport a convicted drug dealing racketeering “White” felon to his home country, but it can deport in just 3 days, 250 “Brown” skin, non-felons to a life sentence in a foreign prison in a country many aren’t even from?

It’s really sad he died. Not sure how, but still sad. However, when I came to the US on a Green Card I was made fully aware that committing a federal offense would allow the US to revoke my permanent residency.
Since he was convicted of drug trafficking, he could legally have his residency revoked. That’s the law..
It’s still terrible that he passed away before being returned to Canada.
Canadians will be pissed.
