Similar to Marlon Waynes he was going to be Robin in a Tim Burton Batman movie, but the idea got scrapped and to this day he gets a paycheck
This reminds me of a similar situation with one of the Wayans brothers who was cast as Robin in a Batman Returns before they went in a different direction. He still gets residual checks because of the contract he signed.
I’ve always been curious how the fuck they calculate residuals for movies/shows YEARS later. Especially with all of the change of distribution ownerships and what not.
Sounds stressful.

I’m less about intrigued about the formula used to calculate the residuals, and more focused on how they’re able to distribute and track these funds for individuals when said job occurred 20+ years ago.
How do they know where to send the check? How do they contact someone 20 years later? Where does one go to update their contact intimation? What if someone dies, who tells the studio? How many thousands of movies is this all tracked for?
I bet he’s also rolling in that Pete and Pete money too.
