That is what they are doing . They might as well come out and say Trump is king . This court was more offended by student loan forgiveness than the president not upholding due process

This sucks because we’re not even seeing thoughtful debates out of the SCOTUS anymore. The conservatives are simply derelict of duty at this point…even ignoring the constitution itself, the very thing they swore to uphold and honor. It doesn’t get anymore clear cut than upholding due process.

I feel mostly bad for Jackson. Got sweared in 2022 and will now be a lame duck judge for lord knows how long.
Just start name dropping shit on the conservative justices in your dissent. Call Thomas “The RV King.” Air their personal laundry. Every time refer to Alito, say, “whose wife allegedly decided to fly the US flag upside down in protest of fair elections…” Call them the ultimate asskissers and liars. There is little other power the minority justices have.

I’m so glad she’ll be around for awhile. When people say their vote doesn’t matter they need to be reminded how important the Supreme Court is and that they hold office for the rest of their lives.
Sending immigrants to shitholes like South Sudan and Libya is cruel and unusual punishment. We’re essentially sentencing people without due process to horrible prisons in impoverished countries where they don’t speak the language.
It makes me wonder what we have become.
She’s right. We have deported citizens without due process. But as we know he keeps doing a lot of other illegal stuff too, like ignoring the function of our congress.
Honestly… at this point, I feel like Sotomayor should just write for all of her dissenting opinions: “This court is no longer capable of proper adjudication. It is compromised by political interests and its rulings are not valid.”
