An meinem gemieteten Ort möchte ich also einen hängenden leichten Farbton installieren, der einfach in den E27 -Sockel passt. Aber gerade jetzt wurde mir klar, dass es nicht diese externen Fäden und einen Deckring gibt, um den Schatten an Ort und Stelle zu halten 🥲. Habt ihr irgendwelche Arbeit? Oder soll ich einfach eine neue Sockel mit Ringen kaufen?

Yes
You can buy those funny paper balls in Ikea and call it a day…
Just leave it like that, looks fine
As long as you properly connect the green/yellow wire to a screw or lamp terminal (Lüsterklemme available at every DIY shop), you have improvise the holder for a lamp shade with wires or a simple hook.
Proper way: drill holes (please not through the wires) and install a ceiling mount for the shade you choose.
