      But your Honor, you can’t let him out of jail because he’s EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. We have top secret informant information that alleges Mr. Garcia spit on the sidewalk not once but two times! Additionally, he jay walked on one occasion. Finally, this informant alleges that Mr. Garcia blew his horn at another driver who cut him off on the road. We asked your Honor that Mr. Garcia be kept in solitary confinement indefinitely.

      They desperately do not want this man to speak to the media. That is the only reason they are trying so hard to prevent him from making contact with anyone. Hopefully he does an interview and speaks about it all.
