What makes you think you have ac?
There’s no AC, welcome to Switzerland
There is no AC here. The pipes are for underfloor heating controlled but the thermostat dial in the various rooms/sectors of the house
You sure the building has AC? At best it probably has „floor cooling“, as in it can use cold water in summer to cool down the floor a bit (the same system is used in winter to heat the floor with hot water – that’s what the pipes and hoses in the second photo are for).
The seocnd picture just shows heating controls.
Are you sure you actually have an AC?
There is no AC to control there. Just the thermostat for your heating.
That is only for heating. If you know what happens to a cold glass on a hot day, imagine running cooling water through the pipes, every surface would be soaking wet with condensation!
If it’s a new building you should have recieved a large folder that explains everything within your apartment including heating and cooling (if exists)
🙂 you must be new here…
This is not AC, this is floor heating.
There could be a ‚freecooling‘ system. But i don’t think you got one there.
So it only used in cold winter periods, usualy it starts heating when within three days the median outside temperature is below 18°C
By turning this wheel (thermostate) you tell these knobs what to do.
Even give the circuit more or less waterflow.
There is no ac the pipes are for the heating.
I see nothing that could be in any form an AC. All the technical stuff is heating only.
AC is not common in switzerland. Get familiar with how to lüften. 😀
AC? In Switzerland!? Ha… HAHAHAHAHA! HAAHAHAHAHAHAAA

You must be from Amerika, :-).
I am sorry 😂
All you see is regular heating.
I habe never seen an apartment in switzerland with built-in AC 😂
The pipes are there for the heating system (hot water running through the floor and heating up the apartment). It works with the dial in your first picture.
AC are very uncommon in Switzerland except for offices
Ok, So no AC, the bulbs and pipes are cold, but unfortunately my wife already fumbled with them last week. How should these be set? (like whats the default way the knobs should be switched to etc.)
Poor guy, probably he’s from Eastern Europe or some other hellhole where having AC at home is a basic thing
How to control AC? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Trial and error 😊
Get yourself a fan like the rest of us my friend…
If your system would have a heat pump based on groundwater or probes as deep as 300 m, free cooling could be implemented. But the electric connector box, where all the actuators are supplied with power, would look hugely different.
Source: i planned and installed at least 40 systems with floor heating and free cooling
Are you sure you even have AC?
Have you tried ⬆️⬆️⬇️⬇️⬅️➡️⬅️➡️🅰️🅱️? 😏
As to my knowledge, the only thing in your setup that looks like it would control anything would be the Dial which – going by your 2nd pic – ***might*** control the floor heating ( that’s what all the Pipes are for ). No such thing as an AC.
Looks like you’ll have to do it like I do – Keep everything shut closed during the day to at least keep the outside heat out and open during the night to cool things back down again from the heat generated by whatever causes heat inside your home ( People, TVs, PCs, Home Appliances, etc… ).
Hahhah looool so funny 🤣 welcome to hell
