Hey alle! Ich plane, ein MacBook Air (wahrscheinlich M3 oder M4) von NotebooksBilliger.de zu kaufen. Bevor ich weitergehe, wollte ich fragen – hat hier jemand kürzlich von ihnen gekauft? Sind sie zuverlässig, wenn es um Lieferung, Garantie und Kundenservice geht?
Eigentlich ist eine schlechte Bewertung zu ihnen gesehen. Jedes Feedback oder jede Erfahrung wäre sehr hilfreich. Danke!

I have ordered hardware from them in the past and didn’t have any issues. They are also a very big and well-known store. However my last order was 2-3 years in the past and i never had to contact customer service so I don’t if they are still good and also how reliable they are in case there are any problems and you need to contact support.
Bought there several times, never had an issue.
They are authorized reseller, meaning they can do whole onboarding in MDM and etc, i personally dont shop there but every company where i worked usually ordered everything from them. The businesses mac i have is from them. So brand new etc etc.
Also have on mind there are so many different people so they might even ordered somewhere else and then write for NBB… when it comes to delivery they have the best described time, so if it say it’s in warehouse, you can expect it within 3 business days but there are also other options and they all depend on product page sign.
