Damn, I’m honestly surprised they didn’t intercept that long before it got to Israel.
I could understand if this was the case with a drone from Lebanon tho.
Some thinks that you can down all projectiles if you have a lot of AAD, but this is an example that AAD is not perfect and never be.
first one to hit out of 500+ sent.. let that sink in – Iran sent over 500 drones this war, this is the first to hit anything inside Israel. that’s outstanding statistics
also, It’s 100% not the intended destination. or it just wanted to suicide on some random building in one of the most random and far from anything cities in Israel.

The problem with these things is Iran has a shit ton. Especially if they stop delivering them to Russia. So they can use them to probe and harass Israeli defenses. If only 1 in 50 get through, Iran is probably ok with that in the near term.

Doesn’t appear to have hit anything important. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was affected by EW of some kind.
