Okay so I get that this gang is clearly a big problem that needs to be fixed, but the article doesn’t really explain what the “terror” is. Is this just a gang/organized crime syndicate? Or is it a terrorist group with ideological goals?
We can’t just start calling gangs terrorist groups because they’re all from the same place. No one calls the mafia or hell’s angels a terrorist group.
