Hallo, ich brauche eine Meinung zur ordnungsgemäßen Installation der Lüftungseinheit. Diese Woche hat ein Unternehmen eine neu zehnder Q450 Typ -D -Belüftung in meinem Haus auf dem Dachboden installiert. Ich bin kein Experte, aber was ich gelesen habe, muss Rohre isoliert werden, um Feuchtigkeits- und Dampfprobleme und Formen am Ende zu verhindern. Ich bin der Meinung, dass die von diesem Unternehmen durchgeführte Installation nicht korrekt ist. Ich muss sie immer noch bezahlen, aber ich würde gerne eine Expertenmeinung kennen, weil ich einige Unstimmigkeiten darüber gefunden habe, was mir mitgeteilt wurde, als sie installiert ist. Mir wurde gesagt, dass es vermeiden sollte, dass Cross Rooms Schalldurchdringung ein Kollektoreinheit geben wird, das zuerst alle Rohre sammelt, die an der Maschine installiert werden. Ich sehe keine dieser Sammlereinheiten installiert. Die meisten Rohre sind bloß nicht inuliert. Ich bat um die Installation der Enthalpie -Austauschereinheit und dieses ist Modell Comforair Q450 471502004, der nicht mit Enthalpy -Austauscher entspricht. Ich habe diese Frage auch an das Installationsunternehmen aufgeworfen, aber ich würde gerne mehr Meinung zu meinem Verständnis erfahren. Danke, dass du mir hier geholfen hast.

I am no expert at all and have only some experience in my own new build home.
What I do know is that: You need insulated pipes between the outside of the house and the ventilation unit itself, this is where condensation (on the outside of the pipe) may occur, especially a concern in the winter.
Between the ventilation unit and the different rooms this is not an issue as the incoming air will be heated up by the outgoing air in the unit itself.
Could be that the flexibel hoses between ventilation and roof are insulated but this is hard to see from the picture. But there are definitely parts of aluminum pipe uninsulated.
Why didn’t they go straight down in the 3th picture and why is that piece of flexible between the 2?
I would have used at least 2 supports on the vertical pipe. The lower one even has none it seems..
Also the last picture are all ends like that? That is so ugly, I wonder how well you’re going to be able to adjust the flows properly.
