I guess azerbaijian is an exception for him…
If he can say that when confronting corrupt oligarchs, then he should do the same to Azerbaijan and its allies. Otherwise, it just makes him look like he’s running a police state, which is bad PR.
Except Azerbaijan which constantly threatens to invade all of Armenia and settle it with “Western Azerbaijanis” but that’s ok because according to Nikol if we just agree to drop the very easily winnable court cases, dissolve Minsk group, change our constitution at their whim and forget about Artsakhtsis rights forever they will totally stop (they won’t.)
