Ich habe ab diesem Jahr 09.06 bestellt. Seitdem habe ich nur 2 E -Mails erhalten, in denen der Artikel zu spät ist und sie mich wissen lassen, wenn sie versenden. Die Seite sagte, sie werden es innerhalb von 2 Tagen versenden. Ich kontaktierte sie und sagte, ich möchte die Bestellung stornieren und mein Geld zurückbekommen, aber in 3 Tagen kein Wort der Antwort.
Wie soll ich damit fortfahren, außer eine Rückbuchung auf meine Karte zu setzen?

Since the energy outrage in Spain and Portugal the other month those generators are in great demand, orders skyrocketed.
Not saying that shop is or not a scam, just pointing that those items are in great demand.
They have terrible customer service. I put in an order not too long ago and the option to track your order just gave an error message through the website.
Emails I sent were not answered at all.
Luckily the order eventually showed up. But not a good customer experience.
I always pay with PayPal so if anything goes wrong I have someone to help me
I ordered stuff at Fritz Berger and it arrived. So about 1 years ago ago it was not a scam.
https://www.fritz-berger.de/ is legit. One of the biggest camping suppliers.
Also had Something delivered late.
