Its just a normal car
The sign in the windshield says „doctor in service“.
The paintjob is faux police, the writing says „mother“
No it’s not, It says „momma“ on the side. Yes it may be, it say „Doctor on duty“ on that sign in the windscreen.
This is a car that begs to be stopped by actual police. It’s clearly not a real police car, but might be close to unlawfully pretending to be one.

It’s the private vehicle of a doctor with a bit weird sense of humour or someone who got pranked.
The newspaper [Rheinfpalz](https://www.rheinpfalz.de/lokal/rhein-pfalz-kreis_artikel,-ein-auto-mit-spezieller-lackierung-sorgt-für-aufmerksamkeit-_arid,5732404.html) (I don’t know if it’s trustworthy) covered this. tl;dr it’s a medical car that has a special contract with police and is active in special cases like the need of blood tests and extraordinary attention.

You can read Arzt im Dienst, I think it’s like Notarzt or something like that. I think it’s parked in front of the police building.
