I have to say that while I get that every member there is still hoping the old order with US leadership will make it through….. it’s become repulsive watching people (Carney included) speak to Donald Trump as though he’s a normal human being. At some level, yes the risks of trigging his fragile ego could be catastrophic…. but at the same time, this business never calling him out, letting him spin his own fantasy without any hard feedback is doing more damage. It literally frees him from considering consequence. I’d rather see him tackled head on now, than once the world is already at war.
