What a genuine Chad. I’m just hope people keep waking up to the Trump administration
These people have no authority to arrest an American citizen. This man was literally there to observe.

Well- looks like were headed towards the SC with these stupid arrests outside the law. Interestign to see how all the people clamoring for liberty and freedom are suddenly quiet…

City Comptroller Brad Lander was arrested and accosted by masked federal agents at immigration court in Lower Manhattan.
The city’s elected financial watchdog, and a Democratic candidate for mayor, appeared at 26 Federal Plaza on the morning of June 17 to observe immigration hearings involving individuals marked for potential deportation.
Lander’s arrest, which amNewYork observed, occurred as the comptroller and his staff walked arm-in-arm with an immigrant whom federal agents — representing ICE, the FBI and the Treasury Department, each of whom wearing masks to conceal their faces — moved to seize after a court hearing. Moments earlier, the immigrant had their case dismissed pending appeal.
As the agents moved to pull Lander away and take the immigrant into custody, the comptroller shouted, “Show me your warrant, show me your badge.”
“I will let go if you show me a judicial warrant,” he repeated. “I would like to see the warrant, and then I will let go.”
Seconds later, one of the officers said, “Take him in.” The agents then forcibly removed Lander, pushed him against the wall and cuffed him.
“You don’t have the authority to arrest US citizens,” Lander said. “I’m not obstructing, I am standing right here in the hallway. … You don’t have the authority to arrest US citizens asking for a judicial warrant.”
The agents did not respond to someone’s question as to where they took Lander. The charges against Lander are unknown at this time.

I am not convinced that these people are ICE agents and not proud boys masquerading as federal workers.

When is a state or city government going to stand up to plain clothes ICE as unidentified kidnappers vice agents of government? Is there something that allows ICE to not be in uniform or not identify themselves?

States should pass laws requiring ICE officials to provide identification and warrants just like cops do, as well as prohibit the use of face masks to protect citizens from dangerous impersonators and any “agent” that does not comply can be arrested by local law enforcement. You can literally buy a patch that says ICE online and slap it onto a vest and cover your face and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between an actual agent and an impersonator.
Never comply with a masked man with no ID. Mass murderers are using this tactic to kill and maim.
Ask for Name and badge/ ID. If they refuse call 911 and report someone armed impersonating an officer.

Dems should’ve sent the army after Bundy in 2014 or stormed Kim Davis’s office and arrested her.
