In February and March 2022, Ukrainian Bayraktars were taking out Russian Buks and Tors with their radars turned off or in travel mode. Later on, not so much. The Iranians will probably learn as well, but it seems like hard knocks are needed for AA crews to learn that it’s wartime and they actually need to stay vigilant 24/7.
