I can not believe this has to be a law…. of course they shouldn’t wear masks.
How about they start announcing them selves as law enforcement too, instead of just wearing plain cloths and pushing people into unmarked vans.
Or maybe, how about this, they provide due processes as well, so people are not deported to El Salvadorian death camps with out due process.
Or maybe, they stop rounding people up at immigration hearings, when those people are just trying to follow the process to becoming legal.
They are police. They will continue to do whatever they want with immunity and lies and definitely without consequence
And they must wear their correct name tags….

Body cameras on 100% of the time, except in locker room/bathroom with reasonable expectation of privacy. (Don’t abuse this privilege by dragging folks into bathrooms/locker room to beat them off camera; you know when you’re crossing the line most of the time. Most normal police are good. Start turning in the bad ones. Stop shielding their bad behavior.
Now, what type of police officer signs up to be an ICE agent? Do they even have a choice in a small town? Are all ICE agents federal?
But… but… but then they won’t be able to hide their identities during the kidnappings!
They should be required to wear uniforms too. A redcoat to show support for their king would be appropriate.
DHS policy *already* requires that agents wear ID, but of course Homeland Secretary Puppy Shooter refuses to enforce her agency’s own requirements.
Let’s also try badges with name and badge number, while we’re at it.

If someone looks like they’re posing as a federal or state police, fbi, ice, etc. I will assume they are bad actors. Especially after the assassinations! Show your face, show your warrant, your badge, or I show you me defending myself and the people around me.
After what happened in Minnesota, they should really be identifying themselves properly, not just showing their faces.
It just makes so much easier for mal intended people to do harm.

This won’t go anywhere. Federal law enforcement officers are immune from state level prosecution when acting within their official duties.
Watch as smugglers start to dress up as Ice and easily abduct people.
They won’t identity themselves, they won’t give you a reason, and they wear mask.

Question: If an ICE agent is wearing a mask, refusing to show ID or a badge, and with no paper warrant is then shot by a terrified homeowner during one of their no knock raids, does the homeowner have any sort of legal Castle defence, or does the fact that these invaders seem to be law enforcement officers negate that?
How is a person supposed to differentiate between ICE and a different bad guy home invasion in the heat of the moment?
If you feel the need to wear a mask to conceal your identity, you have to ask yourself…

If they are masked, will not show badge or id, you have to reasonably assume they are not legitimate law enforcement and call 911.

Call 911 and report an armed man or woman impersonating an officer. They will respond.
