      Well, yeah. Given that animals don’t talk it had to be animated.

      I guess he means it had to use cel animation.

      I’m not so sure that making it cuter, more family friendly and stressing that it has no correlation to any current political party, regime or individual (as if you’re afraid of offending people) is a good idea if you’re going to make a film adaptation of “Animal Farm.” Wrong story for that, IMO.
