I wanted to see David Byrne but the price was absolutely criminal.
Fuck Ticketmaster.
Its not live nation, its the artists. Live nation can’t charge what they charge if the artists refuse to use them.

This is what happens when the government doesn’t enforce antitrust or anti monopoly laws.
Streaming has to be a major contributor too. Concerts used to be low profit events to drive record sales. Now, artists get little from streaming royalties and rely on concerts and merch to make money.
Live nation is ALWAYS to blame. F’em!!

They arent this pricey in England. Shows i saw in LA are a fraction of the price in London even with the exchange rate.
