Dieses Haus scheint zu gut zu sein, um mit diesem Preis wahr zu sein. Es lokalisiert in einer guten Nachbarschaft, die ich mag. Der Innen- und Außenbereich sieht neu und schön aus. Das Gebiet ist groß genug für eine 4 -Mitgliedsfamilie.
Mit diesem Preis fühle ich mich jedoch ein bisschen misstrauisch. Es könnte einige versteckte Probleme geben? Kann mir jemand helfen, einen Blick darauf zu werfen und zu bewerten? Ich bin ein Amateur, aber ich weiß, dass finnisches Haus einige ernsthafte Probleme haben kann, und es ist schwierig, ein gutes Haus usw. zu wählen. Ich denke, dass eine gute Sache kein Schnäppchen sein kann.

Looks like its been renovated with the cheapest materials possible, like the cheapest.
First of all it’s an apartment even though it looks like a detached home. You don’t own the building and you don’t make the decisions alone.
Second, there is at least one big renovation in early stages of planning.
Looks like it used to be two apartments and the separating wall was knocked down to form one bigger apartment
There have been issues with moisture and indoor air quality in this co-op, which may reflect in the price. Translate the text to English if you don’t understand the done and upcoming renovations.
I agree that the area itself is the best in Espoo (excluding the aircraft noise), and houses generally are expensive and in high demand.
Issues that might affect the price that i see are:
They are considering doing a pipeline renovation evaluation. Pipeline renovation can cost 10 000€-20 000€. Price is just a quess.
There have been some issues with indoor air quality in row b. Indoor air problems can be a bitch so you need to carefully consider that.
Check the house, get papers about that indoor air problem if possible. Dont trust the realtor, they only want to sell the house and have almost 0 responsibilities ( like they cannot outright lie or fabricate things ). Get in touch with the chairman of the housing company if possible about yhe issues yoj have. He/she might give the best answers.
