It is either Croatia or Bulgaria, yes. This can’t be the first time you hear of our School License exam, do you? I believe it’s Common knowledge.
It’s czech heritage to go on vacation to Croatia, it’s nice to see driving schools make this final exams, makes sense
If you can make it to Croatia and back, you are worthy to have the license.
I know a guy that has a driving school and has about 4 cars, all of them have the school plastered all over and he uses them as personal vehicles as well. So this is probably the same, owner went on vacation and why not advertise His business? Croatia is full of czechs anyways

Fun fact I learned recently: except for peak Covid years, around 8% of the whole Czech population visits Croatia between May and September.
Croatia receives around 900K Czech visitors every summer over the past decade or so.

Could be – the exams did often involve driving the examiner to whatever errands he had to run so maybe he just felt like going to the beach,.
