      DHL is sending your packet back to the German SENDER. The sender is NOT the SELLER. The sender is a local company that handles the shipments within Germany (or in this case also NL).

      You can get in contact with the SELLER but that won’t help you either. The error is on your side. They sent the shipment to the correct address, DHL tried to deliver but you have a problem with your doorbell (which you must fix).

      I do not understand why your packet „got declined“ by the DHL Servicepoint. From the [DHL website](https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/faq/receiving): How long will the DHL ServicePoint keep my parcel? – Seven days at most. We’ll notify you when we’ve received your parcel and will send a reminder three days later. You’ll then have a week to collect it before it’s sent back to the sender.

      This is also my experience here in Germany, they will hold your shipment for a week. Which should have been enough time for you to pick it up.

      But whatever happened, if the shipment already is on its way back, you will have to re-order.
