Looks like it was [an Iranian Raad air-defense system](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raad_(air_defense_system)). More specifically, it looks like it was the upgraded Khordad variant.
Launchers aren’t even up, system is completely overwhelmed damn

I saw rumours that when it all kicked off a lot of the personnel manning these yeeted out of there/abandoned their posts. That platform definitely looks empty.
