I’m still confused how people are arguing Trump GOP isn’t fascist. It’s textbook fascism.
I was watching Fox just before Sec Noem came on. I wanted to see how that station was reporting the event. The video was played on FOX with AUDIO where you can clearly HEAR the Senator identify himself. Then Noam comes on and says he did NOT identify himself— yet it had just aired that he did self identify in the video on their station (FOX) moments before!!

DHS is now saying „we thought he was a physical threat.“ If that were the case, they would have taken him to the ground in the room. Instead, they ushered him out like a bouncer would at a bar. They only took him to the ground once they thought they were away from cameras.
And Noem never even stopped talking. She didn’t think he was a threat. What they didn’t want was him interrupting her by asking questions and confronting her lies.
People get tossed from events for interrupting all the time, but the fact that they are flat out lying about what happened and the motivations for it is very telling.

Its incredible watching the rise of Fascism in a country we grew up seeing the ‚leader of the Free world‘ propaganda spew from.
