Armenische Architektur in Kayseri

This is crazy, I visited here as a kid in the late 90’s (I think), with my dad. The church was functional at the time. His mother grew up in Istanbul and we still had relatives there at the time. We booked a bus tour from there to Cappadocia and Kayseri out of an Armenian newspaper. The bus even did a spin through Talas where my grandfather was from. I remember distinctly going to a church service and having a lunch there in Kayseri.

I wonder if anyone has any additional info about the place…
