Hallo zusammen! Ich habe ein Visum für Familienreunion (meine Frau ist Deutsch) und in ein paar Monaten ziehe ich nach Deutschland, um mit ihr zusammen zu leben. Sie kontaktierte ihr örtliches Bürgerbüro -Büro vor Ort, um welche Dokumente ich oder wir mitbringen sollten, sobald ich dort ankomme, damit ich bei ihrem Platz registriert bin. Ich bin jedoch ein bisschen verwirrt über ihre Antwort, da ich das Gefühl habe, dass es entweder automatisierte E -Mails oder Adressen ausschließlich sie liest (offensichtlich ist sie dort bereits registriert).
Benötigen wir eine Bestätigung von ihrem Vermieter, dass ich dort vor Belgerbrüro und eine Vertragsänderung vorher wohne (im Moment impliziert ihr Mietvertrag nur sie)? Wenn jemand eine Erfahrung hatte, sich seinem Ehepartner anzuschließen und sich registriert zu haben, möchte ich Ihre Vorschläge hören!

Just turn up with ID and your Mietvertrag, if they need your landlord’s confirmation they will tell you and give you a form, as per my last umzugs experience.
The Bürgerbüro doesn’t need a copy of your rental contract. However, they need a Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung gem. § 19 BMG. This is a one-page document that you fill out and the landlord signs, confirming that you’re living there.
If you want to register at a certain address, you need a confirmation by the owner of the building that you live there. It is called „Wohnungsgebetbescheinigung“.
There is no official form for that. Some communities have improvised a form. The landlord can make up his own.
You don’t need this, if you own the building. In that case you just declare that you live at a place that you own during registration.
Yes I think you are gonna need those documents beforehand. In my opinion any one of the two should work, but having the contact with both your names is the stronger one.
She has to inform her landlord anyways, becaue depending on the contract, it has to be updated. So why not ask him then to send a confirmation?
