Most services that print business cards also print stickers.

I think vistaprint is the cheapest (also the lowest quality but who cares).

What do you want todo with the sticker, because that will determine what sticker shop can make them.

Eg if they need tobe weather resilient, uv stable, stick on wet surfaces, etc… will all make a difference.

iirc the only reason those are so popular in the us is because of a legal loophole that allows manufacturers to make cars that consume a lot more fuel
