CPC did not understand the assignment. The Kaplan report notes its‘ recommendations are unlikely to be awarded by arbitration in the normal course. Let’s get on with finalizing the terms of reference, as per the Minister’s direction, without the corporate games.

I don’t know why there isn’t just recognition that Canada Post can no longer (and should no longer) pay for itself.
It’s a government service. An important one. We should pay for it collectively through tax revenue.
The Federal government should have a line item in its budget every year, to support Canada Post, or better yet, reverse the Trudeau era spin-off, and return it to being a direct government department.
