At the top I only recognize Yuri Gagarin.First person in the middle is a mountain Jew who fought in the first Karabakh war.He is pretty famous.His name was Albert Aqarunov.
The second is a photo from Soviet collapse where a man carves out a depiction of Lenin.I have that picture
The black and white couple are probably from an old AZE movie
The man next to them is Cənnət Əliyev.The first Azerbaijani millionaire of Soviet Union before its collapse
Next to him you probably know Greta
In the bottom part the woman drawing is from some Soviet propaganda poster.And next to her are Jesus and Mary

Bottom we see Jim Carrey carrying his ex girlfriend’s coffin. And right next to him is Jimi Hendrix. Next to Hendrix is a 1937 USSR propaganda poster of Azerbaijani cotton picker woman.
Man below Greta is also Lütfəli Abdullayev. Below him depicted what looks like to me is a 1945 movie „Arşın mal alan“ (The Cloth Peddler) where Lütfəli was a minor character.
