      Newsome thinks the law will help. 2nd amendment is supposed to be for this moment.

      Trump is a domestic terrorist ignoring the constitution.

      You can’t legally deploy the military domestically.

The timing of it – simultaneously escalating civil unrest in LA, along with the upcoming [No Kings](https://indivisible.org/statements/indivisible-and-partners-announce-no-kings-nationwide-day-defiance-flag-day-during) protests, which will also be in NYC – hints at trump’s authoritarian plans for yet another large blue city.

      He has hinted a lot about September…hard to imagine where the country is going to be in three months at this rate.

      A lot of them have been making cracks about SS, and DOGE was just given the go ahead by the SC on Friday, I imagine if nothing goes out for July and August a lot of folks are going to be pretty desperate come September.

      I’m really worried with the “no kings” protest going on around the country. I think it’s our duty to protest inequalities, but damn there is a lot of fear and anger right now. The cops are scared of the protesters throwing rocks and what not and the protesters are scared of military personnel being called on citizens.

      This escalation will only lead to blood.

      The protesters deserve police protection. These government thugs are shooting us with rubber bullets, firing flash bangs at people and trampling us with horses. We are protesting, they are rioting.

      I wish it wasn’t true but severity towards kids is intended. Fear and loathing, fire and brimstone. Chasten them with a rod, surely they won’t die.
