It’s not a gotcha. The reality is there, are no gotcha’s because Trump lives only in the now. What he said yesterday is irrelevant because he’ll simply deny it, lie or claim he was being sarcastic or joking. In Trump’s world are no rules or laws, simply what he can get away with at that moment. We can forget about four year terms, limits on terms, constitutional limits, protocol or the law and to keep alluding to these norms simply says that we have no understanding of the monster that has been released.

Remember Jan 6, no National Guard was called, Trump couldn’t call up any military. Not even to protect a federal building called the U.S. Capitol!
