Gestern habe ich mein Auto auf dem Parkplatz eines Sees geparkt, und als ich zurückkam, stellte ich fest, dass es einen prominenten Dink gab. Wir haben gerade das Auto weniger als ein Jahr bekommen und ich bin ein bisschen verblüfft. Was ist die übliche Art zu fordern – zähle ich mich einfach unglücklich oder versuche, einen Versicherungsanspruch einzureichen, um dies zu reparieren? Wie kann ich dafür sorgen, dass ich nicht wegen Nachlässigkeit bestraft werde?

Junk it and buy a new one.
You should file a Police report for damage by an unknown vehicle.

Unfortunately, there is a CHF 1000 excess on claims to NGF (ie you pay the first CHF 1000 before they cover costs).
