Easily the worst couple weeks of the war for russia since they were routed from Kharkiv and Kherson.
There were talks on Russian telegram channels that Bryansk had had some electricity issues. So Ukraine just sent a humanitarian aid and lit the night up for poor Russians.

That’s close to where they smoked an Iskander launcher today (Klintsy). That’s pretty much the only bit of Russia from which they can reach the areas south and west of Kyiv with an Iskander without crossing into Belarus.
My crude guess: the Russians landed an Il-76 with a fresh load of Iskander missiles in Bryansk and it met an Ukrainian drone or missile during offloading.
Can hear something fast coming in before the boom, maybe storm shadow/scalp?
What makes you say drones? Nowhere yet have I seen information that it’s drones?
