      Sure… we need “horrifying traditional shit”… which is basically 75% finished 3-4 stories concrete apartment buildings with rusted crane installed and forgotten next to it.

      As long as they don’t uproot trees that’s fine. But seriously they could plant a few more trees if they want shade.
