Go to a doctor and dont ask on reddit.

      First stop HauSarzt (General Practitioner)
If they can’t help HauTarzt (Dermatologist)

Since you’re specifically mentioning tea blends – have you recently started consuming more tea than before? Some teas (especially black tea) can inhibit your body’s capacity to use Iron properly, causing iron deficiency and therefore hair loss.

Have you been on a diet recently? Especially many „detox diets“ often lead to malnourishment.

Have you recently started or stopped taking birth control? Is there a chance you might be pregnant?

      Definitely go see a doctor.

Edit: and since you’re taking supplements – have you talked to your doctor about whether you actually need them? If you’re overdosing on Iron, you make it hard for your bowel to absorb magnesium (especially if it’s from salt [as it is in mineral water]), because Iron and Magnesium basically „fight“ for the same enzymes in order to be absorbed.
Same for Vitamin D3 – never take random supplements without consulting your doctor. Depending on what amounts you supplement, overdosing here can ve very dangerous.

That’s actually scary because it’s like third post in german subs this week I read about girls suddenly starting to loose hair. I also have severe hair loss starting February and no shampoos, or vitamins, or diet help and I don’t know what to do 🙁 I hope you will find something that helps you

Don’t be scared. I am not sure how old you are, but when I was younger, I experienced similar hair loss, especially during season changes. I still have full head of hair. Continue to monitor it and go to your Hausartzt to ask about it. You can also ask for a full check-up, which would show any vitamin deficiencies. I think it is quite normal during season change and if you relocated a new country not long ago.

You should have your thyroid checked. Hair loss is typical of hypothyroidism. But it’s easily treatable.

Have you noticed a difference in your tap water in the last time? Can you check if there are any reports of harder water or balance problems in the water in your area? You could also ask your landlord for a water test (I am not sure if they have to provide it tho) or by a small water test yourself.
      Also Doktor.

Protip: if you know anyone with an aquarium they will most likely have a testing kit for water. Also some fish stores test water for as little as 1€

Do a blood test, could reveal some deficiency like B12. (I’m not a doctor)

Also there are filters you can easily add to a shower, without any kind of construction just plug and play. Not advertising but the Philips one is good and cheap.
